In doing this, I will provide you with both high-level feedback on your general argument, evidence, narrative, structure, voice, and style, as well as mid-level feedback about specific sections and important details. In other words, I’ll work on both the level of ideas and the level of language. While this feedback typically takes the form of margin notes, it can also involve actual revision of the text, to an extent.

What You’ll Get:

• A short letter conveying broad feedback about improving your general argument, evidence, narrative, structure, voice, and style.

• A Word document with margin comments and in-text track changes, that identifies specific challenges, explains what effect they may have on readers, and makes concrete suggestions for revision.

This service takes approximately 5-8 hours for a single chapter or article and should be booked in advance if possible. Smaller projects are charged by the hour at a rate of $80/hour.
